shreded pieces of heart fell

                                          on the cold bathroom floor

laughter of fear and cries of

                   anguish stuffed the foul toilet

plastic shoebottoms ravage bone structures

and internal organs

helpless blood goes down the drain

hopes unconsciousness makes

                                      through the crimes of hate
